- 摘要：
在沈阳铁西老工业区改造过程中如何利用旧
有的工业景观是一个亟待解决的问题，铁西
的改造不是简单的拆旧建新，更重要的是挖
掘铁西工业区所蕴含的工业文化价值。本文
在调研分析的基础上，对铁西的工业景观归
纳分析，并提出保留铁西工业景观的具体的
操作对策，为铁西工业改造提供有益的理论
基础。 - 关键词：
铁西工业区；工业景观；更新；改造； - Abstract: Tiexi District in Shenyang is an important
industrial base of China, which is
wellknown throughout the word. It has not only
economic value but also a very high industrial
cultural value. This paper advances a transforming
style with a industrial landscape in the reforming
process of Tiexi District. The purpose
of the research is to explore how to remove the
industrial landscape cultural value from the old
buildings and environment into new city space
so as to provides a meaningful reference for the
renovation of industrial district.
