- 摘要：
保护名城、名镇（村），实际就是保护名城、名镇
（村）的历史文化遗产，记忆人类昨天、前天及前
天之前天的文化足迹。可持续性的保护文化遗
产，首先要从提高认识着手；其次，文化遗产的
保护要从环境的、伦理的和文物自身价值角度
去全面理解。本文概述了国外保护在管理体制
呈现出四大特色和非政府组织保护活动的特殊
作用。注意国际文化遗产保护足迹、加强保护立
法可操作性、注重教育等，亦都可以称之为国外
历史文化名城名镇保护策略之要举 - 关键词：
名城；名镇；文化遗产保护；保护策略；外国 ； - Abstract: To protect celebrated of cities and town
is in fact to protect culture heritage of celebrated
of cities and town protection, to memory human
history and its culture sites. The first for the protection
of cultural heritage is to enhance cognition.
Secondly, culture heritage conservation must be
understood from angle of environmental, morality
and value of itself. This paper discusses four
features concerning the administrative system of
conversation on abroad, and the peculiar role of
non-government organizations (NGOs) in the protective
action. To pay attention to the track of culture
heritage protection in the world and to
strengthen the maneuverability of law and rule to
manipulating, etc., maybe are the focuses of the
protection strategies on abroad.
