面对我国当代城市空间不断拓展的现实和需
要，城市将如何控制、引导和管理空间的拓
展？本文剖析城市空间拓展的内部与外部机
制、效益与成本机制、集聚与扩散机制、动
力与约束机制，并对城市总体规划阶段的对
策作初步探索。 - 关键词：
城市空间；空间拓展；机制；规划对策； - Abstract: Facing the practical demand of spatial
extension, how to control and guide the development
of urban space becomes an important
question. This thesis analyzes the mechanisms
of spatial extension, benefit and cost, concentration
and diffusion, drive and restriction,
and gives a preliminary discussion on the measures
in the phase of urban master planning.
