“城市角落”是城市规划区内城市化或城市现代化相对滞后、城市管理相对薄弱的局部地区。“城中村”作为城市中心地带的“城市角落”，既是城市发展木桶效应的最短板，又是城市发展的潜在价值所在，对其进行合理改造与开发已成为我国城市健康和谐发展所面临的紧迫问题。本文通过剖析厦门“城中村”型“城市角落”的现象与特征，深入探究厦门力求和谐与共赢的“城中村”改造实践经验，为我国“城市角落”健康城市化提供对策建议。 - 关键词：
“城市角落”；“城中村”；改造；厦门； - Abstract: "Urban corners" is the relative lag and low-managed local area in the urban planning area in urbanization or the city modernization. "City village", as the "urban corners" of urban center region, is not only the shortest board of the wooden barrel effect of the urban development, but also the urban development latent value, carries on the reasonable transformation and the development to it has become the urgent problem which the city health harmonious development faces in our country. This article throughly analyzes the phenomenon and the characteristic of "city village" that are "urban corners" in Xiamen, thoroughly probed into the practical experience of the redevelopment of "city village" in Xiamen to make many interests subjects harmonious and to win together. It provides the countermeasures and suggestion for the health urbanization of "urban corners" of our country.
