- 摘要：
土地可持续利用研究日益成为土地科学的研究热点，城市土地可持续利用问题也越来越受到人们的关注。本文通过土地可持续利用研究的内容、基本特点及方法的讨论，简单介绍土地利用演化及影响评价模型（LEAM）的基本原理、方法及其优点，认为应加强对环境、社会经济因素、城市土地利用变化和环境影响之间的内在联系的认识和探讨，将生态系统中的新理论、新工具、新的研究方法应用于城市生态模型建立中，有利于深化我们对城市土地利用变化的理解和认识。 - 关键词：
城市；土地可持续利用；模型； - Abstract: The study of sustainable land-use has been a hotspot in the field of land science. And more and more pay attention to the questions of urban sustainable land-use. By the discussion,of the study of sustainable land-use’s content, basic characteristics and method, this paper introduces briefly the basic principle, method and advantage of the Land Evolution and Assessment Model (LEAM). The author believes that we should improve the realizations and discussions of the inner relationships among the environment, social economic factor, urban land-use changing and environmental impact.And we should apply new theories, new tools and new research approaches in the urban ecological models. This will help us to realize and understand the dynamic changes of the urban environment.
