随着创意经济在发达国家的兴起，西方城市面临新一轮转型。为继续保持活力与竞争力，创意城市成为许多城市的发展目标。而文化政策则成为营造创意城市必不可少的手段之一。本文以巴塞罗那文化政策为研究对象，详细阐述了营造创意城市的几种文化政策，并引申出若干启示，希望能给中国城市以借鉴。 - 关键词：
创意城市；创意产业；文化政策；巴塞罗那； - Abstract: With creative economy抯 rising in western developed countries, the cities there are faced with new transformation. To be vivid and competitive, creative cities become goals of many cities. Culture policies are indispensable measures for creative cities. This paper researches culture policies in the city of Barcelona, with the aim to draw on the experience for Chinese cities.
