本文分析、比较不同类型城市的城市建设配套费的征收方式，从政府、城市运营商、城市居民的不同角度出发，建议归并分散的各项配套费征收方式，以经济高效的审批和科学的组织建设来满足共同利益；细化经营城市理念，深化城市基础设施的融资、经营，促进城市建设良性发展。 - 关键词：
城市建设配套费；高效；经营；融资； - Abstract: In this paper,the methods of collecting fees of supporting measures in different cities are compared,from the viewpoint of government, merchants of the city and local residents,different and scatter methods are suggested to be lump together,instead of economic examination and scientific organization to satisfy common interests;detail ideas of operating cities,and deepen the gathering capitals and operating of basic construction in cities in order to push on city constructions develop well.
