对纽约城市竞争力与房地产业的关系做了深入分析，通过两者的互动关系研究发现，纽约城市发展状况对房地产业有极其重要的影响，而房地产业发展又对增强城市竞争力发挥着不可替代的作用，两者是相互联系、相互推动的统一体。我国正处于城市化进程不断加快的时期，纽约城市发展历程对国内其他城市发展提供了许多经验。 - 关键词：
纽约；城市竞争力；房地产； - Abstract: This paper analyzes the relationship between urban competitiveness and real estate in New York. After the research, we find that the condition of urban development has great importance on real estate, while the development of real estate is important to the enhancing of urban competitiveness. Thus the two sides become the integrity. Owing to the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the developmental course of New York provides much experience to our other cities.
