棕色地带更新；城市设计；常州； - Abstract: Brownfields regeneration has been an important content of urban constructions in European and American cities in recent years. Based the introductions for basic concepts and actual states of brownfields regeneration, the paper discusses the conceptual planning case for the renovation of Changzhou first State Cotton Textile Factory, and pointed out the main problems of brownfields regeneration in China.
