创意产业是21世纪各国重点发展的主导产业之一，成为新的区域经济增长点。发展崇明创意产业，建设现代化生态岛区已成为推动上海新一轮经济增长的重要途径之一，对提升上海产业结构、增强城市创新能力和实现崇明经济跨越式发展具有重要意义。因此，本文分析了崇明创意产业发展的环境、基础设施等优势以及本土化创意人力资源缺乏等劣势，在此基础上，提出了崇明创意产业发展的基本思路。 - 关键词：
崇明；创意产业；优劣势；发展思路； - Abstract: Creative industries are one of the leading industries in the world in the twenty-first century, and have been recognized as a new momentum for regional economic growth. Developing creative industries in Chongming and building a modern ecological island area have become an important way in Shanghai抯 new round of economic growth, and is of great significance to upgrade the industrial structure, strengthen the innovative ability of the economy and achieve leapfrog development of Chongming. Therefore, this paper analyzes advantages in the development of the creative industries in Chongming, such as environment and Infrastructure and so on, and disadvantage like lack in the locale creative human resources. On this basis, the paper brings out the development plans of creative industries in Chongming.
