传统城市工业区随着新技术的发展而产生的衰退现象是城市复兴过程中的焦点问题之一。首先概述法国城市复兴与旧工业区更新的理论背景，再以里昂的维斯地区复兴项目为例介绍城市旧工业区更新的公共政策，最后通过总结法国经验，以期对其他城市的旧工业区更新提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
城市复兴；旧工业区更新；维斯城市复兴项目；协议开发区； - Abstract: The depression of traditional urban industrial zone with the development of new technologies is one of the main core problems in the course of urban renewal. The paper, beginning with the theoretical background to the urban revitalization and old industrial zone renewal in French, introduces the public policies of urban old industrial zone renewal about the revitalization project of Vaise, Lyon and summarizes the French experience in order to provide some reference to the renewal of old industrial zones in other cities.
