世界城市市政基础设施领域正兴起一种新的高效率、宽领域的经营模式，即公共部门与私营部门的合作(Public-Private Partnerships)，简称公私合作关系或PPP模式。本研究对国外PPP服务协议、BOT、BBO、BOOT等主要模式进行深入分析，并研究PPP模式在中国城市公共产品投资建设中的主要绩效，最后就PPP模式在我国引进提出了完善政策法规、拓宽融资渠道、建立博弈架构等适合国情的对策和建议。 - 关键词：
PPP模式；城市公共产品；工程融资；对策建议 - Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the public-private partnerships pattern has the reason of its application in China. This paper introduces the public-private partnerships in infrastructure provision and finally discusses some correlative countermeasures and suggestions into Chinese system.
