- 摘要：
国内外发展实践证明，城镇化水平与区
域经济发展存在着强烈的互动关系。本
文对苏北地区城镇化与人均GDP、经济
发展水平、经济发展速度的关系进行了
详细分析，结果表明：（1）苏北地区城
镇化水平与人均GDP 的关系符合国际一
般规律，呈对数关系；（2）苏北地区城
镇化水平与经济发展水平之间的关系存
在较大的区域差异；（3）导致苏北地区
城镇化水平差异的主要因子在不同时期
有所不同；（4）与经济增长速度相比，苏
北城镇化速度存在不同程度的滞后。 - 关键词：
苏北地区；城镇化；经济发展； - Abstract: From domestic and other countries
experiences, the interactive relation
between urbanization and economic development
is very intense. The paper
analyzes the relations between urbanization
and per GDP, urbanization and economic
development level, urbanization
and economic development speed, and
so on in the north of Jiangsu province.
The results are as follows: (1) The relation
between urbanization and per GDP
in the north of Jiangsu province is Log
function relation; (2) The regional difference
of the relation between urbanization
and economic development level
is huge; (3) The main factors, causing
the regional difference of urbanization
level, are different in the different time;
(4) The urbanization speed fall behind
the economic increasing speed in the
north of Jiangsu province.
