本文提出改变通常城市公园的建设理念和方法，以全面改善生态系统服务为目的，进行城市绿地建设和城市废弃地的生态恢复。案例是一个22hm2的公园，原来是一个废弃的打靶场，垃圾遍地，污水横流，路人掩鼻，临建破败，不堪入目，土壤盐碱。景观设计师应用生态恢复和再生的理论和方法，通过地形设计，创造出深浅不一的坑塘，有水有旱，开启自然植被的自我恢复过程，形成与不同水位和盐碱度条件相适应的植物群落。将地域景观特色和乡土植被引入城市，形成独具特色的城市生态基础设施，为城市提供了多种生态服务，包括雨洪利用、乡土物种的保护、科普教育、审美和游憩。 - 关键词：

of ecosystems¡¯ services are the
goals of urb an green d es ign and
construction. This is a park of twenty-two
hectares in The Hedong District of Tianjin.
Through Regenerative Design and by
changing landforms, the natural process of
plant adaptation and community evolution
is introduced to transform a former deserted
shooting range used as a garbage dump,
into a low maintenance urban park; providing
diverse nature¡¯s services for the city
including containing and purifying storm
water; improving the saline-alkali soil, providing
opportunities for environmental education
and creating a cherished aesthetic
experience.
