- 摘要：
昆明市旅游业历经10年的辉煌之后，出现了“规模增长，地位下降”的尴尬态势。出现这一现象的主要原因是21世纪旅游业的核心竞争力不仅仅是传统的旅游要素，而是更倚重于现代旅游要素。昆明与新兴旅游城市的差距就在于现代旅游要素的相对稀缺。昆明已经进入到“项目驱动发展”、“竞合激烈”、“危机并存”的旅游发展时代，为防止目的地继续老化和衰退，昆明应该借东南亚作为昆明旅游和加快旅游增长要素的转变，深度改革和发展旅游产业，建设和创新旅游品牌、产品和项目，改革和创新旅游管理服务机制和体制，方能重塑旅游辉煌，再续旅游神话。 - 关键词：
昆明市；旅游业综合改革；旅游新业态； - Abstract: After ten-year resplendence, the tourism in Kunming city emergences an embarrassed tendency of “dimension rising and status dropping”. The main reason is that the core competitiveness of tourism in the twenty-first century not only lies in the conventional factors of tourism, but more lies in the modern factors of tourism. The gap between Kunming and burgeoning cities rests with the comparatively scarcity of modern ones. Kunming has entered the era of “project-driven development”, “competitive and cooperate drastically” and “times of crisis are also times of opportunity”. In order to avoid aging and decaying of the destination of tourism, Kunming should draw support of Southeast Asia as the factor of rising to changeover. And it is supposed to innovate and develop deeply, to construct and inaugurate brand, product and item of tourism, and to reform the mechanism of tourism at the aim of remolding the tourism status of Kunming.
