20世纪90年代，商务服务业在广州取得了快速的发展。与此同时，广州的城市空间结构也经历着快速的变化。试图分析经济转型期内广州市商务服务业的空间分布特征。研究表明，经历了20世纪90年代的快速发展后，至21世纪初，广州的商务服务业已进入空间集聚的发展阶段。它们在城市中心的集聚，促进了广州CBD区域的形成。所表现的集中和分散并存的空间特征，体现了我国城市传统功能结构不断重构的空间过程。 - 关键词：
商务服务业；广州；空间；集聚； - Abstract: Since 1990s, the business services have been experienced a rapid development in Guangzhou. Meanwhile, the spatial structure of Guangzhou is also undergoing a rapid restructuring. This paper attempts to analyze the intraurban distribution of business services in Guangzhou during this transitional era. It shows that business services in Guangzhou have been in the concentration stage of development till 2000’s. The concentration of business services in city center enhances the formation of CBD in Guangzhou. And the simultaneous concentration and dispersion pattern represents the spatial restructuring of Chinese cities from previously traditional function and structure.
