通过对2002 年至2009 年南京市保障性住房供给的空间特征及其与低收入群体居住空间、大规模拆迁安置等相互关系的分析，本文初步探究了保障性住房在空间布局中存在的主要问题，即远离就业、交通不便、服务设施差以及居住分异现象等，并从城市规划角度就相关空间发展政策提出优化策略，旨在为今后保障性住房规划建设提供借鉴，促进社会和谐发展。 - 关键词：
南京；保障性住房；空间布局；优化策略； - Abstract: Through analyzing the spatial characteristics of indemnificatory housing distribution in Nanjing from 2002-2009, this article researches into major problems in spatial distribution of indemnificatory housing , such as long distance from employment, inconvenient traffic, poor public facilities and urban residential space differentiation. Furthermore, from the perspectitive of urban planning, it proposes certain optimizing strategies of relevant spatial development so as to provide reference for future construction of indemnificatory housing and accelerate harmonious social development.
