伴随着城市经济实力的进一步提升，以及连接城市间的快速交通系统的不断增强，交通快捷的同城化时代已经到来。产业的转移以及交通的便利，使更多的人员选择跨城通勤就业，但却由此引发社会保障的跨地区接续问题和社会保障水平的地区差别问题。本文认为，提高社会保障统筹层次，根据不同类型同城化的要求，不断完善养老保险、医疗保险和社会救助制度，理清各级政府间的财权和事权关系是社会保障体系应对同城化趋势的必由之路。 - 关键词：
同城化；养老保险；医疗保险；社会救助； - Abstract: The era when the urban economy grows quickly and the transportation among different cities is convenient is coming. The upgrading industrial structure and convenient transportation encourage people to work in another city where they don’t live. As a result, their social security benefits will be influenced. The paper indicates that it is important to improve the level of social pooling and social security items, and to make the responsibilities of different levels of governments clear.
