本文从公租房建设的必要性和当前公租房规划建设中出现的实际问题出发，建议在公租房规划中要加强制度规划安排；扩大公租房规划覆盖面和规划总量；通过多种规划建设方式保障用地和资金；从群众需求出发来进行公租房的规划选址和规划配套工作。 - 关键词：
公租房；规划；资金；用地；选址； - Abstract: This paper provides advices of strengthening institutional planning arrangements, expanding public housing planning coverage and planning total capacity based upon the necessity and actual conditions of current public housing planning and construction, through multiple planning and construction modes to protect land-use and funds, and public requirements to arrange planning location and planning supporting of public housing.
