南京老城南历史街区有着极其厚重的历史，但近年来由于拆迁纠纷不断, 频繁出现在大众的视野中。这是中国快速城市化进程中保护与发展矛盾交织的一个缩影，关键问题在于当前针对此类传统民居型的历史街区的改造更新模式遇到了发展瓶颈。本文通过对南京老城南历史街区的现状分析，尤其针对老城南南捕厅地块老龄化问题严重的现象，从景观视角下对历史街区保护利用的开放式养老街区模式进行了有益的探索, 以期为类似地块的开发建设提供借鉴思路。 - 关键词：
历史街区；老龄化；景观复兴；南京老城南 - Abstract: Nanjing¡¯s southern historical district has a long and rich history, however, it¡¯s been more mentioned by the public recently because the disputes happened during the process of relocating the old buildings. This is an epitome of protection and development conflicts in China¡¯s rapid urbanization and the protection models of historical districts have faced difficult problems. Through the analysis of Nanjing¡¯s southern historical district, especially focus on the aging problems in Nanbuting area, the paper has tried to explore a new protection model from the perspective of landscape revitalization, and provide a more open aging community care.
