外来人口涌入给城市带来沉重人口压力的同时，也给城市社区的规划建设提出了新的要求，本文以城市化影响下人口流动为背景，以苏州市这一新兴的“移民城市”为例，着重分析外来人口的主要结构及其对城市原有社区带来的影响，在研究分析相关数据和实地考察的基础上，提出一系列切实可行的社区规划对策，期望通过合理、科学、可持续的规划设计手法实现社区的融合与生长，进而促进城市的和谐发展。 - 关键词：
外来人口；社区；苏州；规划对策； - Abstract: While foating population has signifcantly outnumbered local population, it is also posing new challenge on community planning. In this paper, structure of foating population and its impact on original communities in Suzhou, a representative city attracting a great number of migration workers, has been studied based on on-site investigation and data analysis. Some corresponding strategies in community planning are further proposed in the hope to better facilitate community and city development through implementation of scientifc and sustainable planning strategies.
