我国大都市正处于人口老龄化加速发展时期，本文以武汉市为例，在大都市老年人口发展趋势以及政策保障、生态环境、城市交通及养老设施等方面的现状分析基础上，提出我国大都市适老型城市整体环境的建设目标，并针对现状问题从提升城市尊老爱老社会环境、优化城市整体生态环境、建设适老交通体系、配置多级养老设施等方面，提出相应的规划应对措施，并通过构筑老年生活评估体系引导大都市老龄社会建设的持续更新与发展，从而构筑整体环境包容、健康、永续发展的适老型大都市。 - 关键词：
大都市；适老型；整体环境； - Abstract: Many cities are in an accelerated development period of an aging population in China. Taking Wuhan for example, the paper proposes goals of an old-appropriate city construction based upon the analysis of current older population development trend, policy guarantee, ecological environment, urban traffic, endowment facilities and so on. At the same time, the paper raises several planning measures including promoting the social environment of respecting the elderly, optimizing the city integrated ecological environment, constructing old-appropriate traffic system and planning multilevel endowment facilities, and designs evaluation system of the quality of the older life to guide the continued updating and development of old-appropriate environment. Then we will achieve the target that the metropolitan cities are old-appropriate and inclusive, healthy, sustainable.
