通过政府融资平台进行城市基础设施建设受困于国家宏观经济调控的影响，寻求基础设施投融资模式的创新便显得尤为重要。本文从政府融资平台的视角，对后金融危机时代城市基础设施投融资模式进行探讨，提出盘活存量基础设施和直接融资为主相结合的融资模式，以加快推进城市基础设施建设。 - 关键词：
基础设施；融资模式；政府融资平台；直接融资； - Abstract: The construction of urban infrastructure through government financing vehicles has restrained by the national macroeconomic regulation, so it is important to seek infrastructure investment and financing mode innovation. This article researches on the post-financial crisis era of urban infrastructure investment and financing mode from the perspective of the government financing vehicles, and makes recommendation on financing models about combining revitalize the stock of infrastructure with direct finance, so as to accelerate the construction of urban infrastructure.
