过去外源式的农村开发模式因为主体错位引发了诸多问题，农村发展急需向内生模式转变。首先总结了内生式发展的内涵特征，再以湖北省鄂州市为例对农民的生产、生活和社会发展意愿进行调查与分析。在此基础上，提出了以农民主体地位回归为核心，以生产方式、生活空间和治理结构三维重塑为构建措施的农村社区内生发展模式。 - 关键词：
内生发展；农村社区；农民主体；回归；重塑； - Abstract: Exogenous development has led to many problems due to the ignorance of the central position of people. Therefore, we need to shift the model to realize endogenous development. This paper first summarizes the theoretical meaning of exogenous development. Then it makes an investigation on rural residents in E’zhou city and analyzes their demands for industry, daily life as well as social development. Based on it, the paper proposes an endogenous development model which returns the central position of rural residents and reshapes the mode of production, the space of life and the structure of governance.
