各种新技术的发展及应用催生了智慧城市，并使之得到了长足的发展。智慧园区作为城市空间体系的重要组成部分，其智能化系统的规划设计应从全局出发。智慧园区智能化系统的建设不仅需满足园区自身的需求，还需为智慧城市的有效运营提供必要的技术支撑。 - 关键词：
智慧城市；智慧园区；城市综合体；产业园区；建筑智能化系统； - Abstract: Motivated by developments and applications of various new technologies, the concept of the smart city has been fostered and developed. Smart zone was an important part of the urban space system. The planning and design of its intelligent system should be carried out from the overall situation. The construction of smart city's intelligent system should satisfy the need of the park itself and provide the necessary technical support for the effective operation of the city.
