从混合居住视角，评估了常州市收储社会闲置房源作为公租房这一举措的社会效应，认为该做法规避了贫困边缘化和集中化，确保保障对象居住就业的空间匹配以及维持原社会网络，在城市尺度上促进了不同阶层的混合居住。但是，房源相对集中的老旧社区呈现出日益严重的老龄化、贫困化、邻里网络松散和社区管理缺失等特征，这种安置致使低收入群体在一定程度上遭到邻里排斥，获得有益文化与行为示范有限，受到非正式社会控制力的影响薄弱。从长远来看，此举难以形成有益的混合居住和可持续的社会融合效果，甚至可能致使贫困空间固化。因此完善类似住房政策仍需要强化政府介入以及相关政策协调。 - 关键词：
混合居住；收储保障房；社会效应； - Abstract: From the perspective of mixed living, the paper evaluates the social effect of the idle housing in Changzhou as a public rental system, which considers the practice to circumvent the marginalization and centralization of poverty, ensure the spatial matching of the living and the maintenance of the original social network. However, the relatively concentrated old communities are characterized by increasing aging, poverty, lack of neighborhood networks and lack of community management, which lead to low-income groups being somewhat marginalized. In the long run, it is difficult to form a useful mix of living and sustainable social integration, and may even lead to the melting of the poor space. Therefore, the improvement of similar housing policy is still needed to strengthen the government intervention and related policy coordination.
