正义赋予空间是空间转向中的一个重要命题，城市作为一种空间形式，空间正义建构是城市治理的重要价值取向。审视当前的城市治理，存在权力隔离、资本扩张与认同式微等非空间正义现象，与居民城市权利保障相排斥。以实现海量数据再生产为表征的人工智能，在城市治理中具有提升公共治理效率、提升公共资源配置绩效、促进公共决策民意参与与促进公共空间文化营造等功能，与城市空间正义的建构和居民城市权利的均等化实现相耦合。在人工智能嵌入城市治理的过程中，要规避可能产生的伦理失陷与价值异化问题。 - 关键词：
人工智能；城市治理；空间正义；伦理失陷； - Abstract: Justice confers space as an important proposition in the direction of space. As a spatial form, urban justice construction is an important value orientation of urban governance. Examining the current urban governance, there are non-spatial justice phenomena such as power segregation, capital expansion and identity micro, which are mutually exclusive with the protection of residents’ urban rights. Artificial intelligence characterized by mass data reproduction has the functions of improving public governance efficiency, improving public resource allocation performance, promoting public decision-making public participation and public space culture construction in urban governance, and the construction of urban spatial justice and resident cities. The equalization of rights is achieved. In the process of artificial intelligence embedded in urban governance, the problem of ethical failure and value alienation should be avoided or generated.
