基于后工业时代背景，总结了美国共识社区可持续转型各阶段的突出特点，分析得出其发展趋势呈现由非可持续向可持续、由理想向现实主义转变的主要特征。指出生态村作为转型衍生的典型代表，通过创建可持续居住模式，为社会解决环境问题提供了有效途径。以伊萨卡生态村为例，通过归纳其生态、经济和社会维度的可持续发展举措，阐述生态村建设的整体设计原则，并通过剖析其实践成果制度化的实现机制，探究生态村变革发展机制的基本过程。 - 关键词：
伊萨卡生态村；共识社区；可持续；制度化；转型； - Abstract: Based on the background of the post-industrial society, the paper summarizes the typical features of each stage of the sustainable transformation of intentional community in United States, and through analysis, it is concluded that the main characteristics of its development trend are from non-sustainable to sustainable, from idealism to realism. It points out that the contemporary ecological village, as a typical representative derived from the transformation process, expects to provide an effective way for mainstream society to solve environmental problems by creating sustainable alternative models. Taking the eco-village at Ithaca as the research object, by summarizing its ecological, economic and social dimensions of sustainable development initiatives, the integrated design principle followed in eco-village’s construction is elaborated and by analyzing the implementation mechanism of the “institutionalization” of its practical achievements, the basic process of reforming the industrial development mechanism by eco-village is explored.
