在总结、分析国内外城市现代化评价指标体系理论与方法的基础上，结合长沙自身发展特色，初步构建了一套包含8 个一级指标、35 个二级指标的长沙市城市现代化评价指标体系，运用A H P法纵向评价长沙近期（2022 年）、远期（2030 年）城市现代化实现程度。同时，选取领先型城市、追赶型城市、借鉴型城市，横向比较长沙实现现代化的差距，通过纵、横向比较研究直观地看到长沙在现代化体系中存在的优势与不足，据此提出长沙加速现代化进程的对策举措。 - 关键词：
城市现代化；指标体系；长沙市；比较研究； - Abstract: On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the theories and methods of urban modernization evaluation index system at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of Changsha's own development, a set of evaluation index system of Changsha's urban modernization is preliminarily constructed,which includes 8 first-level indicators and 35 second-level indicators, using AHP method to evaluate the degree of urban modernization in Changsha in the near term (2022) and in the long term (2030). At the same time, we choose leading cities, catching-up cities and reference cities to compare the gap between Changsha's modernization and other cities horizontally. Through the vertical and horizontal comparative study, we can see the advantages and disadvantages of Changsha in the modernization system intuitively. Based on this, we put forward the countermeasures to speed up the modernization process in Changsha.
