Using this approach, the paper focuses on user-generated data to provide comprehensive support—encompassing digital collection, analysis, and feedback—for optimizing rural winter tourism planning in Heilongjiang province. The study finds a general year-over-year increase in visitor numbers, with notable seasonal peaks and valleys. Visitor points of interest show a “multi-core” pattern, concentrating around existing attractions and forming clusters along the transport network. Travel paths reveal a complementary “core-periphery” structure. Snow and ice sightseeing, along with cultural experiences, emerge as the most popular attractions, though supply-demand imbalances hinder integrated development between urban and rural tourism. From the perspective of urban-rural integration, the paper proposes optimization strategies focusing on resource exploration, node connectivity, and route coordination, laying a technical foundation for advancing people-centered, precision governance.
