文章从批判性研究视角探讨了海南白查村黎族传统聚落在遗产化进程中的身份认同与协商，分析了从官方到地方的多层级遗产认同。研究发现，遗产身份认同是不同行为主体在多重尺度上的复杂制造过程。在官方层面，UNESCO 构建了超越国界的普世认同，中国政府则将其转化为服务于国家认同的工具；在地方层面，地方政府借用官方话语规训地方认同，原有居民则通过日常惯习不断重构族群认同；在协商层面，官方与地方主体围绕遗产认同展开持续、动态的对话协商。研究揭示了遗产认同的社会建构本质，主张以包容、多元与动态的视角加以理解。 - 关键词：
遗产制造；黎族传统聚落；遗产化；身份认同；协商 - Abstract: From a critical research perspective, this article examines the processes of identity and negotiation in the heritagization of the Li ethnic traditional settlement of Baicha village in Hainan, analyzing multi-level heritage identities from the official to the local. The study finds that heritage identity is a complex process of production across multiple scales involving different actors. At the official level, UNESCO constructs a universal identity that transcends national borders, while the Chinese government transforms it into a tool serving national identity. At the local level, local governments appropriate official discourses to discipline local identity, whereas original residents continuously reconstruct their ethnic identity through everyday practices. At the negotiation level, official and local actors engage in ongoing and dynamic dialogues around heritage identity. The study reveals the socially constructed nature of heritage identity and argues for an inclusive, plural, and dynamic perspective in understanding it.
