- 摘要：
新发展阶段，城市空间治理成为国家治理现代化的重要工具和抓手，但国内外城市空间治理研究成果的对比研究尚不充分。文章对 2000—2022 年国内外相关文献进行分析发现：国内外研究与不同时期的国家政策密切相关，总体均呈先缓后急的增长趋势，国外研究起步早且发文量大。研究内容正逐步细化，国内研究话题集中，但实践研究偏少，跨学科合作仍需加强；国外研究涉及领域广泛且更注重市场和社会参与。基于研究热点跟踪及评述，将国内城市空间治理研究分为空间安全、空间效率、空间公平、空间品质 4 个维度进行总结，并探讨了不同维度的发展情况及研究趋势。通过深入的国际比较，文章提出了未来研究的方向，包括坚持空间治理思维、完善治理机制、更新存量空间、寻求多方利益整合、加强跨学科合作及跨部门协作等，为国内城市空间治理研究提供有益探索。 - 关键词：
空间治理；研究热点；文献计量；知识图谱；跟踪评述 - Abstract: In the new stage of development, urban spatial governance has become an important tool and grip for the modernization of national governance. However, the comparative study of urban spatial governance research results at home and abroad is not yet sufficient. In this paper, CiteSpace is used to analyse the relevant literature at home and abroad from 2000 to 2022. The results show that: research at home and abroad has been closely tied to national policies across different periods. Overall, it has exhibited a pattern of slow growth in the early stages, followed by marked acceleration. Foreign research was initiated earlier and has produced a larger volume of publications. The research is being progressively refined. Domestic research topics are relatively more concentrated, but practical research is scarce, and interdisciplinary cooperation still needs to be strengthened; foreign research covers a wide range of areas and pays more attention to market and social participation. Based on research hotspots tracking and reviewing, the domestic urban spatial governance research is divided into 4 dimensions in the summary: spatial safety, spatial efficiency, spatial equity, and spatial quality, and then the development of different dimensions and research trends are discussed. Through an in-depth international comparison, the article proposes future research directions, including adherence to spatial governance thinking, improving governance mechanisms, renewing existing spatial stock, seeking multi-stakeholder integration, and strengthening both interdisciplinary and interdepartmental collaboration. These explorations aim to provide valuable insights for advancing urban spatial governance research in China.
