    我国建筑业高质量发展面临粗放增长、区域不平衡等问题。文章通过熵权法测算2013—2022 年全国及 31 个省市建筑业高质量发展水平,运用莫兰指数分析空间布局,并对东、中、西部进行绝对 β 和条件 β 收敛分析。研究发现:建筑业高质量发展稳步推进,但区域差异大,且差异未显著缩小;空间关联度低,存在显著空间分异;存在绝对 β 收敛和条件 β 收敛,控制变量下空间收敛加速,且效应呈地区异质性。该研究为建筑业高质量发展区域协同路径提供参考。

  • Abstract: Problems such as the extensive growth mode and unbalanced regional development of the construction industry have become increasingly prominent in China. The entropy weight method was used to measure high quality development (HQD) level of the construction industry in whole country and 31 provinces (cities) from 2013 to 2022; and Moran index was used to analyze the HQD’s spatial layout of Chinese construction industry from both global and local perspectives; and then the absolute β and conditional β convergence analysis were carried out on the construction industry’s HQD in eastern, central and western regions, for exploring regional synergistic paths of the construction industry’s HQD. The findings indicate: (1) The construction industry’s high-quality development has progressed steadily, but regional disparities remain significant and have not notably narrowed; (2) Spatial correlation is low, with significant spatial heterogeneity; (3) Both absolute and conditional β convergence exist, with accelerated spatial convergence under the influence of control variables, showing regional heterogeneity in effects. This study provides insights into the regional collaborative path for the high-quality development of China’s construction industry.
