在以人为本的城市更新背景下,老旧住区更新成为人居环境改善的重点之一,其中道路景观空间因尺度较小而数据匮乏,受关注较少。研究以徐州为例,使用自采集街景图像数据,结合语义分割与问卷调研方法,揭示了人本视角下老旧住区道路景观空间客观特征与主观感知间的关联性及影响因素。研究表明:老旧住区道路可步行性均显著失衡,部分住区绿化质量差;绿视率是核心特征指标,对主观感知有广泛显著的影响,其水平与地理属性及规划设计等因素相关;客观特征与主观感知间关系复杂紧密,绿视率促进积极感知,建筑视率与机动化程度加剧消极感知;针对现状问题提出对应优化更新策略。研究为城市更新提供了科学依据与参考。 - 关键词:
人本视角;自采集街景;语义分割;老旧住区;道路景观空间 - Abstract: Against the background of people-oriented urban renewal, the regeneration of older residential areas has become one of the key focuses of improving the living environment. Among them, road landscape spaces, due to their relatively small scale and lack of data, have received less attention. Taking Xuzhou as a case study, this research uses self-collected street-view image data, combined with semantic segmentation and questionnaire survey methods, to reveal the relationships and influencing factors between the objective characteristics of road landscape spaces and subjective perception from a human-centered perspective. The results show that the walkability of roads in older residential areas is generally imbalanced, and the quality of greenery in some areas is poor. The green view index is a core indicator that has a broad and significant impact on subjective perception, and its level is related to geographic attributes and planning and design factors. The relationship between objective characteristics and subjective perception is complex and closely interconnected: the green view index promotes positive perception, while building view ratio and the degree of motorization intensify negative perception. Based on the identified problems, corresponding optimization and renewal strategies are proposed. This study provides a scientific basis and reference for urban renewal.
