科技创新与文化创意生产力双轮驱动、双效统一是加快发展“新质生产力”的根本路径。新产业、新人群与存量更新正在加速协同发展,创意更新是其中较为普遍、复杂的现象,如何利用存量空间培育、激活创意资源,进而赋能新质生产力发展已是亟待解决的科学问题。文章选取苏州平江历史文化街区为研究对象,遵循动力“点—轴—网—输出”的研究路径,发掘归类创意更新文化、权力、空间 3 大子系统的关键动力因素,构建更新系统的因果关系图和存量流量图,通过系统动力学模型仿真揭示创意更新的动力作用机理,并给出相关实施建议。文章尝试利用系统动力学技术破解创意更新的科学成因规律,明确驱动机制与实践应用的关键着力点和行动路径,为旧城更新、创意城市和新质生产力建设提供初步的科学决策依据。 - 关键词:
创意;城市更新;新质生产力;驱动机制;系统动力学 - Abstract: The dual driving and unified effectiveness of technological innovation and cultural–creative productivity constitute the fundamental pathway for accelerating the development of “new quality productive forces”. With the rapid coordinated development of emerging industries, new social groups, and the renewal of existing urban stock, creative regeneration has become a widespread and complex phenomenon. How to utilize existing spaces to cultivate and activate creative resources, and thereby empower the development of new quality productive forces, has become an urgent scientific issue. Taking the Pingjiang Historic and Cultural District in Suzhou as the research object, this study follows a research path of “point–axis–network–output,” identifies and classifies key driving factors within three subsystems—culture, power, and space—and constructs causal loop diagrams and stock–flow diagrams of the regeneration system. Through simulation using a system dynamics (SD) model, the study reveals the dynamic mechanisms underlying creative regeneration and proposes corresponding implementation suggestions. This study attempts to employ system dynamics to uncover the scientific mechanisms of creative regeneration, clarify key driving mechanisms, and identify critical leverage points and action pathways for practical application, thereby providing preliminary scientific support for decision-making in urban renewal, creative city development, and the cultivation of new quality productive forces.
