- 摘要：
近年来，作为上海城市生态屏障的崇明东滩
湿地遭受过度围垦、酷渔滥捕、芦苇收割、过
度放牧等人类活动的强烈干扰，导致湿地生
态系统严重退化，生态功能丧失，直接威胁
到上海市的生态安全。加强对退化湿地生态
系统的修复与保护对策研究。湿地的开发利
用应坚持可持续发展的原则，应该模拟自然
湿地生态系统建设人工湿地生态系统，走湿
地生态开发之路，使开发后的人工湿地生态
系统既有自然湿地的服务功能，又可以产生
良好的生态、经济与社会效益。 - 关键词：
崇明东滩；湿地退化；湿地保护； - Abstract: The research on degradation and protection
of the east mud flat of Chongming Island is
presented. The east mud flat of Chongming Island,
the biggest and most full-grown wetland with various
ecosystem services in the Yangtze River estuary, is
facing with the human disturbance including excess
reclamation of wetland, exploitation of fishery
resources, harvest of reed and so on. All of these activities
result in the decrease of wetland area, the simplicity
of biodiversity, the reduction of biomass and
the degradation of environment. This adds dangers to
the ecosystem safety of Shanghai City. So the research
on the protection and restoration of wetland ecosystem
should be enhanced. In addition, the principle of
sustainable development should be followed in the
using of wetland resources. Constructed wetland ecosystems
should be developed through imitating natural
wetland ecosystems so that it will help to not only
keep the ecosystem services of natural wetland but
also produce the ecological, economic and social
performance.
