本文探讨了现代城市规划发展的源头，从18世
纪的启蒙运动、法国革命直到19世纪的工业革
命及城市化，在200年的时间跨度里分析了各项
与城市规划之诞生相关的历史事件的特征与影
响，以及针对19世纪的城市问题所采取的措施
和前期规划实践，概括出现代城市规划产生的
宏观背景。 - 关键词：
城市规划；起源；19世纪； - Abstract: The article main concerns the origin of
modern urban planning. There is a discuss of history
events, their characteristics and influences, in
a period of 200 years that are correlative to the
birth of planning, form Enlightenment and French
Revolution of 18th century, to Industrial Revolution
and urbanization of 19th century. Further with
urban problems and their tactics, and several cases
of original planning practices in 19th century, and
thus an overall background of urban planning is
formed.
