2003年初，江苏省委、省政府提出沪宁高速
公路江苏段将现在四车道扩建为八车道。沪
宁高速公路的扩建给南京带来了前所未有的
再发展机遇，但也给南京的入城城市道路交
通疏解带来了巨大的压力。本文应对沪宁高
速公路扩建，提出了南京入城道路交通疏解
规划方案，供有关部门在科学决策时参考。 - 关键词：
应对；沪宁高速；公路扩建；对策； - Abstract: The Jiangsu CPC committee and government
decided to extend the Jiangsu section
of Shanghai-Nanjing freeway, from four carriage
drives to eight carriage drives. The extension
provides Nanjing an unprecedently development
opportunity, and great pressure to the
transport leading of the entrance urban roads.
The paper gives us a planning scheme for the
communication leading, which can be referenced
for the decision-making by the related
departments.
