无障碍设施是残疾人参与社会生活的基本条
件，同时也是方便老年人、妇女、儿童等特
殊群体生活的重要设施。完善的城市无障碍
设施能够反映出一个城市的文明程度。本文
回顾了我国无障碍设施的发展过程，分析了
当前建设中所存在的主要问题，最后提出了
对我国城市无障碍设施建设的几点建议。 - 关键词：
无障碍设施；残疾人； - Abstract: The barrier free facilities are the basic
condition that the disable and sick ginseng
live with society, also is import facilities for the
person of advanced age, women, child etc to live
conveniently. The perfect barrier free facilities
can reflect a civilization of a city degree. This
text look back the development process of the
barrier facilities in our country and analyze the
existed problem in developments, in the end I
put forward several suggestions to the barrier
free facilities developments.
