城市人口规模和城市用地规模是城市规划的基础，本文从我国城市建设用地的实际情况出发，以中国城市统计年鉴数据为基础，采用传统的回归分析预测法，预测了未来一段时期内我国城市非农业人口规模，进而算出城市人口，并根据可能的人均用地水平科学地预测了未来我国市区城市建设用地规模。 - 关键词：

land used for city are foundations of the urban
planning , this paper proceeds from actual conditions
of urban building land of our country,
based on statistical yearbook data of city of
China, appliyed the analytical method of regression
to predict the population of non-agriculture
in China city proper and further calculate the
urban population. On the basis of the possible
levels of the urban building land per capita, it
predict the future scale of urban building land
in China city proper.
