随着中国都市现代化的过程，地下空间作为
一种有力的城市形态“成形力”( s h a p i n g
force)，将对城市空间结构的演化起重要作
用。一方面，现代城市演变很大程度取决于
交通方式，地铁轨道交通对于城市发展与更
新有明显的指向性，沿轴产生以整体进步为
导向的发展趋势；另一方面中心区地下空间
的大规模开发促进城市局部高强度开发，呈
团块状发展。未来地下空间形态与都市空间
结构将出现协同型发展趋势。 - 关键词：
都市空间结构；成形力；轴状发展；团块状发展； - Abstract: In the progr ess of u rba n
modernization, underground space plays a very
important role in urban space structure as a powerful
shaping force. Because the modernize
evolvement of metropolis area depends on its traffic
modes, on the one side, urban development
and renewal are conspicuously oriented by the
subway system with a progress along an axis. On
the other side, the underground space in central
district became an act of conglomerating. In the
future, urban space structure will accompany with
the form of underground space.
