CBD；层次性；多元化； - Abstract: Several causes are analyzed, such as the rules of CBD development, the Headquarter enterprise attraction of city, and some other structure character and developmental status in quo issues and so on. On that basis, the conceptual category and structure character of CBD in China are explored.
