本文以唐山高新区为例，参考国家政策及其他相关开发区统计数据，选取诸如单位面积地区生产总值、单位面积工业总产值等空间效益评价指标，综合运用定性分析和定量比较研究的方法，探讨确定开发区空间效益的技术路线，为合理确定开发区空间规模提供科学依据。 - 关键词：
唐山高新区；空间效益；空间规模； - Abstract: The paper uses Tangshan New & hi-tech Development Zone as an example. With the reference of the national policy and other interrelated development zones?statistic data, the paper selects a series of indexes to evaluate the spatial effect, such as gross domestic product per square kilometer, industrial production value per square kilometer. With the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative research, the paper discusses the technical method of confirming the spatial effect in order to provide scientific bases for the identification of the spatial size of development zone.
