本文从城市创新体系理论出发，以深圳市为例，对城市创新体系的演进过程和特征进行了分析。认为构建城市创新体系的关键在于以本土企业为主体，增强城市区域内企业的自主创新能力，促进城市高新技术产业的创新集群。 - 关键词：
城市创新体系；产业集群；本土企业； - Abstract: Starting with the theory of urban innovation systems, this paper researches the evolving process and the main characteristics of the urban innovation system in Shenzhen. The results indicate that enhancing the independent innovation capability of domestic enterprises and promoting the development of urban industrial cluster are crucial to construct regional innovation systems.
