- 摘要：
网格化城市管理模式是在“数字城市”迅速建
设与发展的背景下产生的新型城市管理模式。
所谓网格化城市管理模式是指建立在数字技
术基础之上的，以单元网格管理为基本特征的
一整套城市管理思路、手段、组织、流程的总
称，具有数字化管理、闭环式管理、精细化管
理、动态化管理等特征。网格化城市管理模式
的基本构成包括管理方法、组织设计、管理流
程、监督评价等；关键技术主要有3S技术、网格
及网格计算技术、构件与构件库技术、中间件
技术、地理编码技术等。近年来网格化城市管
理模式发展取得了明显成效，但也存在不少问
题。因此，必须采取相应的若干对策。 - 关键词：
网格化；城市管理模式；基本内容；体系；问题；； - Abstract: Urban Grid Management Mode
(UGMM) is born against the background of the
fast development of ‘digital city’. It is a set of
urban management ideas, tools, organizations
and flow, which is on the base of digital technologies
and takes grid management as its basic
character. Digital management, close-loop,
precision management and dynamic management
are the features of UGMM. UGMM consists
of management thought, organization
design, management process and evaluation
system. Key technologies for UGMM include
technologies of 3S, grid and grid computing,
component, middleware, geo-coding, MGIS and
so on. In recent years, great progress on UGMM
has been made; however, there are also some
problems need our attention. Therefore we have
to take right steps to improve UGMM.
