介绍和总结民国初年朱启钤领导京都市政公所在古都北京改造和发展中所开展的改造正阳门、修建环城铁路、规划建设新市区、整修开放市民公园以及制定完善城市管理法规等重要实践活动，对朱启钤在吸收近现代城市规划建设管理理念和思想基础上推动北京城市建设近代化进程中的贡献进行了评价。 - 关键词：
朱启钤；民国；北京；城市规划建设管理； - Abstract: This paper introduces and summarizes some important practices carried out by the Peking Municipal Authority led by ZHU Qi-qian in the process of Peking抯 renovation and development as a ancient city, which includes the alteration of Zhen Yang Men Gate, building of urban ring railways, planning and building of the new district, renovation and opening of civic gardens and constituting and betterment of the regulations on urban management, etc. Besides, ZHU Qi-qian抯 contribution to promoted the Peking抯 modernization base on his ideology and thought on modern urban planning, building and management are also evaluated in this paper.
