从我国城市更新的现状出发，研究我国城市更新中公众参与的实践情况，从而对我国城市更新公众参与的动力机制进行研究，总结出我国城市更新公众参与的内在动力和外在推力，从而做出我国城市更新中必须开展公众参与的结论。 - 关键词：
城市更新；公众参与；动力机制； - Abstract: The real situation of urban renewal in China has been summarized. Based on the experiences of public participation in urban renewal in China, dynamic mechanism of public participation in urban renewal is studied. Intrinsic motivation and external force of public participation in urban renewal are identified. Finally, it is concluded that it is necessary for public participation to be a key component of urban renewal in China.
