现阶段,业主委员会、居委会、物业服务企业不符合社区自治发展,合理定位其角色,方能推进社区自治。目前社区居委会职能行政化、法律法规体制冲突、三巨头职能重叠、冲突,阻碍了社区自治发展,应对三者在社区自治中的角色进行重新定位。 - 关键词:
社区居委会;业主委员会;物业服务公司;角色 - Abstract: At this stage, the owner committee, neighborhood committee, and estate management companies do not meet the development of community self-government. Only reasonably positioned its role can we promote community self-government. The current functions of the community's neighborhood committee, institutional conflict between laws and regulations, the functions of three departments overlap, conflict, they all hinder the development of community self-government and autonomy, so we should re-position the roles of the three in the community.
