我国城市处于产业结构调整的加速期，积极有效、稳定的城市转型是现实需要。分析了美国纽约和匹兹堡的产业调整过程，一些经验如重视高新技术产业、发展生产服务业、注重市场与政府协作、加强基础设施建设与产业关联、关心教育科技及其与产业联系、协调人与自然关系等值得借鉴。 - 关键词：
产业结构；城市转型；国际经验 - Abstract: It is necessary to keep effective and steadily urban transformation while our cities are in the acceleration period of industrial restructuring. This paper analyzes New York and Pittsburgh¡¯s industrial restructuring and some experience are given at the end of the paper, such as thinking more of high technological industries and focusing on environment and etc.
