随城市化进程进一步推进，人口和产业迅速向城市聚集，城市的规模和数量持续扩大。当城市管理的发展速度与这种扩大不相符时，将导致若干社会问题。本文针对中国特色的城市管理问题，分别从城市规划科学化，内部政府治理结构合理化、外部法制保障明确化，市民参与制度化以及建设“特色型”城市持续化等方面，梳理出中国城市管理的问题及其可行性解决方法。 - 关键词：
城市管理；公众参与；以人为本；城市发展模式； - Abstract: With the progress of urbanization in Mainland China, the population and industry is quickly conglomerated to cities, the coverage and number of cities has been increasing. Against this background of urban development, the lag of the development of urban management will lead to a number of social problems. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of management toward Chinese cities with Chinese characteristics, this paper summarizes the problems in the management of Chinese cities and gives feasible solutions from being scientific of urban planning, the rationalization of the internal goverance structure, the definitude of the external legal protection, the institutionalization of public participation, and the continuing building of characteristic cities.
